Materials I found useful as a product manager and coach. I have found parallels between helicopter crew coordination and scrum. Marty Cagan preaches that sort of product teamwork. I also adopted frameworks and other tools along the way, I’ll share those here as I build out the site. Find whats useful for you and your team or find a new way.

Frameworks
- Double Diamond, something that helps me is what Teresa Torres calls the Opportunity Solution Tree. I tend to do Outcome, Problems to Solve, Opportunities to Solve, Solution, Tests / Hypothesis (as needed). Use AI.
- Product Strategy – Prioritized list of problems to solve that if solved would lead to the outcome. If you have too many problems, get crisper on the outcome. Just feed these into AI with a good prompt to begin your vision. Write a good AI prompt so you can save some water. Use AI.
- Product Vision – I liked to write this as a narrative. I recommend doing the Strategy before the vision as it helps to understand the problems to solve in the user journey. Use AI.
